Assumption of Risk: Horseback riding, ranch activities, and interaction with livestock involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the potential for injury, property damage, or death. By participating in any activity at Rosario Ranch, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

Liability Waiver: Rosario Ranch, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in lessons, trail rides, farm visits, or related activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

Cancellation Policy: Lessons and rides canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full lesson fee.

Weather Policy: In cases of unsafe weather conditions, Rosario Ranch reserves the right to reschedule or convert a lesson to groundwork/showmanship instruction for safety reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible.

Property Access: Rosario Ranch is a private working farm. Visitors must have a scheduled appointment before entering the property.
